Thanks for linking the original. It's cringey, yes, but not that bad.

I would counter that that girl is NOT the public to the super hero comics with impossibly sexy girls in it, and that guy is NOT the public for yaoi mangas. Both kinds can co-exist and it's fine. The problem is when one don't like a thing and put pressure for the thing to stop existing.
