LA allows bikers to cut between lanes because if they sat in traffic the smog would kill them. People literally shit in the streets of San Francisco. California is a beautiful state but most of the cities ought to be cut out like the tumors they are. Then maybe rural Californians would be able to govern themselves without the cities deciding for them.
