(Note: I am in no way connected with the current show, so l'm speaking both as an outsider to what is and an insider to what was intended) J. There is a profound difference between those two, and failing to perceive that distinction is pernicious. That's why you'll rarely see a male superhero without pants 943 J. But that's absolutely the rule for female characters (I say this as the guy who put Wonder Woman in pants during his run because seriously it's hard to fight otherwise). No leg hair for guy heroes. Everything Cartoon Network does is an active effort by Tumblr Feminists to ruin your childhood, or something. Also you can always judge the writing of a cartoon by early still images. There, you're up to speed. Expect a few more posts like this, then the show to get released and be swiftly forgotten.

Sorry. I've just gotten used to it being CN after Powerpuff girls, Ben 10, Thundercats, and whatever else. Similar arguments were once made about MLP, just before the internet exploded with love for Friendship is Magic there was this "I hate this therefore you should too" mindset that honestly serves no purpose.
