Lips aren't the only thing. It's also the muscles mixed with the shortstack perspective.
ALL the women are presented as shortstacks to some degree, which isn't a problem in itself, but when that's then mixed with the over-visible bone structure with minimalist shading, it all comes off rather jarring.
