Super Smash Brothers Ultimate - The only Non-Video Character that would fit in Smash (He's better than Goku)

As a bonus, he already has a Nintendo produced video game.

The question is, would the spinach be an item pick up that any character can get, or would it be Popeye's final smash?

I think he's more suited for a Super Smash Bros with cartoon/comic characters.
He would be fighter number 2 (the first one is Felix the cat)
And yes,Goku is on this roster.
