The "Peachette" situation is just another example of the problems of waifu culture in the animation and games industry. Before this, the most important things were story and gameplay, but now, the most important thing is how hard you can fap to the sexiest female. Even something like DDLC, which was supposed to deconstruct waifus and waifu culture, just turned into another fap fest. And before people say "Wow, SJW scum, go back to tumblr, dumb-ass." Well, A) I don't have a Tumblr, and B) I'm not opposed to sexualized females, but there has to be SOMETHING else there. The last thing「ll say is this: There is a reason the only good animes are Kirby: Right Back at Ya and Speed Racer.
