I think any government system, no matter how ridiculously flawed, would work if there was a benevolent Superman at the top of it.

Superman, Red Son of Krypton. The whole thing is up on Youtube, legally even. In it, Superman works for Stalin and basically makes world peace except the fact that Lex Luthor is both American and a giant turd of a human being. Then Superman leaves, Lex takes over, and makes a communist utopia that lasts literally a billion years. Its crazy how hard this Superman story pushes communism.

Though in fairness to historical accuracy, the Stalin in this comic is super chill. He's all "Why would I even try to rule with an iron fist, I don't have to with this godlike enforcer. Hell, if I did try to be a totalitarian this guy would probably punch me into space. Nah, lets feed all the people and make Mother Russia a global superpower." You know, not all that much like historical Stalin.
