Among all of the other problems with CA, fuck the NC for spreading the "Japan's age of consent is 14" bullshit (the entire review in general is fucking terrible).. It's about as accurate as saying that the U.S.'s age of consent is 12, in that it's technically true in a way (it's the federal age of consent), but it is overwritten by local laws everywhere, in both countries. From what I've been able to tell, Japan's actual age of consent is generally higher, sometimes going as high as 20.

Also, the fucking age of consent has nothing to do with anime fanservice; I don't understand why people keep bringing it up. The age at which it is legal to have sex with them has never had any bearing on anything but that. If you take a picture of a 17 year old naked, that is child porn anywhere in the U.S., but fucking them is perfectly legal in most of the U.S. This is especially true for cartoons; they're not real, the legality of fucking them is irrelevant. Most people still find older teens attractive, whether they will admit it or not.

Oh, so this is the image that started the rumor that in Argentina the age of consent is 13… lol
