Richter, Daisy and Dark Samus are just reskins with very minimal/trivial differences like hitbox sizes and like one special move having a unique effect.

Freakin' CHROM and especially Ken have had more effort put into them. Like, surely it couldn't be hard to come up with more differences to them. Like Daisy lacking the float gimmick while having higher jumps to compensate for example.
