Vic's too affectionate and people are accusing him of being a sexual predator with little to no proof. I've seen multiple stories about him being approached by tons of fan-girls (apparently he has to have more security than some at cons because he gets fucking swarmed) and him just agreeing to hugs out of appreciation for the love they give him is being thrown as sexual assault. Since he's religious he didn't want to sign Yaoi are so he's been accused of being homophobic as well.

because Screw doing an actual police investigation, screw remaining neutral until the reports come up, let's just quickly fire the guy without any solid proof to make themselves look like the Good Guys and trust the group of nobodies that may or may not have a grudge against Vic for whatever damn reason, and waited to strike now because of the Super Broly movie…
