Friendly reminder; the principle of "Innocent until proven guilty" is meant to act as protection for BOTH the alleged victim and the alleged culprit in a criminal case. This is so that the accused, if there is a misunderstanding, miscommunication, or they are the wrong person, doesn't have their life ruined prematurely. This is why concrete, forensic evidence of crimes have to be presented. There has to be no doubt that the person accused of a crime actually committed the crime. I applaud these guys for not giving into the toxic cesspool that is the Twitter Mob.
