Trump is telling America it is under attack when it isn't, and denouncing critics as unpatriotic for failing to solve an imagined problem. So yeah, it reminded me of this quote.

But, you say, America IS under attack? Well 100% of intelligence agencies that testified before congress said that we aren't. Are you going to say that ALL of our countries intelligence agencies are lying and one lone politician knows the truth? Maybe he could cite some evidence and end this argument then? And I mean cite an analysis of data and not cherry pick one story and claim its representative of a long-standing issue.

So I'm stuck in this conversation for the hundredth time about how if none of our intelligence agencies have stated there is a crisis along the southern border then we have no reason to spend a fortune and throw human life at a problem that seems imagined.
