So, in the series finale of Future-Worm! there was this scene where the two main protagonists switch between various alternate universes, and briefly showing-up in the worlds of Star vs the Forces of Evil, Pickle and Peanut, Wander Over Yonder, and Gravity Falls, thus establishing them all as part of the same multiverse. This essentially means that when Star destroyed ALL magic in existence, she also killed EVERY SINGLE magical creature in those worlds as well. Wander Over Yonder was closer to sci-fi, so he might have been spared (MIGHT), but EVERYONE in Gravity Falls is now dead Also, Gravity Falls established a multi-verse connection with Rick & Morty (despite being by different companies), which means that the magical creatures we saw there are most likely dead as well.

That's what I was thinking: Tapping into different magical sources. I don't think Wander is a magic being, but more like a goofy redneck lollipop alien.
