The thing is though, no. It's just imitation without context. Yes, it does something dumb, but all fixers are doing something dumb. Art fixers are dumb.

Imitation alone isn't criticism, you need to have more than that. It's why The Great Dictator is satire and criticism but Aliens vs. Avatars is just dumb imitation.

Doing something and doing something because it's dumb are the same thing.
