I still find it hilarious how, when Peachette was first revealed, there was that brief period of people going crazy over "New Deepest Lore in Mario!!" "Toad life cycle revealed!!!" "Is Peach actually a Toad?!?!?!"

Then a cute little comic comes out and bam waifu explosion. Completely overshadows Peachette and shuts down any nonsensical gamer theory tripe going around.

In truth, Bowsette was the lesser of two evils.
