Penders really fucked over fans of the Archie comics series in a big way huh? Real shame too because I was still holding out hope one day Sega would finally greenlight a game that would feature the comic characters (most likely one made by Christian Whitehead and his team). A fan game could still happen as Sega's generally fine with Sonic fan games but I think Penders might prove an issue as I wouldn't put it past him to issue a cease and desist.
