Yeah. This was from the 2nd season of the anime, episode 17. I still remember being conflicted with the outcome of this scene. On one hand, it would be an officer of the law performing sex on a minor. On the other hand, it's Makoto Kusanagi.

P.S. I'm pretty sure she was just teasing the kid and probably wouldn't have gone through with it even if he said yes.
