I would be more inclined to believe that story if not for both the Dems' behavoir towards Impeachment, which seems to be the kind of joy someone has when they feel or think they final got one against their long standing Rival, or something like that.
As well as the fact that their have been far worse abuses of power with far more evidence in the past, by any number of presidents, including Trump, that their opinion based on pure uncharitable speculation touted as fact, used to try to justify this Impeachment. Which if we are for uncharitable interpretations, into looking into abuses of power, all who voted to push the empeachment vote, and also held off on allowing the asenate from doing it's job, should be empeached as well, for their abuse of office.
