For those wondering, in the 2016 Olympic game they gave Sticks spats. No one really knows why but it's just kinda assumed cause it fits into the whole sports motif and so she didn't flash people during her victory celebration. Funny enough during "Sonic Boom"'s t.v run some people pointed out how there were times when Sticks did just that and it just looked weird cause the models were just your regular barbie doll models with none of those features.
