It's like Numbuh 4 is Ralts' trainer and it's looking at him for how to act and imitating him. It's fucking adorable.

Now I want a story with Wally trying to evolve it into a Gallade but he's an idiot so he doesn't know abotu Dawn Stones and gets a Gardevoir instead, but realizes that it's still the same little buddy that always admired and mimicked him and still loves and cherishes it anyways, despite the tough guy act.

That legit sounds like a typical KND episode. Like I can see Numbuh 4's expressions already.
