It's worse in the context. This is Blue Falcon Jr., the son of the original Blue Falcon. Remember how the original version had BF as a straight, serious superhero while Dynomutt is a bubmling idiot? Jr is the bumblbing idiot now and Dynomutt is now the voice of reason and has to hire people to help Jr. do the superhero thing.
