Under the original intention of the meme, Virgin is supposed to be a realistic expectation for something or someone (or realistic action) where the minor flaws are somewhat exaggerated or it ironically pretends that the realistic stuff is somehow "bad," while Chad is supposed to be an over-the-top exaggeration of something unrealistic. For example, Virgin sitting down to shit vs Chad squatting over the toilet bowl and just shitting over the entire toilet and seat with a stream of diarrhea.

Like for example a "proper" Virgin vs Chad for, say, The Legend of Zelda would be "Virgin Breath of the Wild vs Chad Wand of Gamelon" where the good stuff about Breath of the Wild is ironically presented as "bad" while the bad stuff about Wand of Gamelon is ironically presented like it's the best thing ever.
