Keep in mind, that isn't Bulk Bogan. He's some guy who looks just like Bogan named Dorian Shafer. Immediately upon seeing him, Garfield walked up to him and choked him to death. It's possible that Dorian is another clone of Bulk Bogan, since he died not too long after the real Bulk killed Liquid Bogan.
