If you aren't aware (but you probably are by now), this is a meme that mocks the nordicists who claim that the ancient Mediterranean people were almost entirely blonde and blue eyed. These people are pretty often neo-pagans and neo-nazis that claim that Christianity was a Jewish scheme to destroy Rome and turn everyone into brown-eyed swarthy people….. Needless to say that the ones who did most of the damage to Rome were the Nordic barbarians who sacked it multiple times.
If put any effort into research, the nordicist claims can be debunked pretty easily.
