One Piece - King Oda

If it was anything other than One Piece, I think there'd be more of an issue. The artstyle's so off and cartoonish in weird ways, that a pencil-thin waist doesn't strike me as too bad.

Granted, I'd still say I think she looks better in the first one, give her longer hair and bigger tits if you want. But even then, people would complain anyway.

I'm amazed that One Piece tries to have fanservice while mostly having ugly characters. In this case, the waist is just too thing, she looks like she's going to break in half.
