You're Finally Awake / You Hit Your Head Really Hard - Y U NO WAKE ME UP?

I am not sure if it's just me growing up, or if it's because the internet changed (maybe it's both), but I really miss rage comics when I compare it to the current wojak memes. They were just a waaaaay less cynical and more creative and genuine overall. Sometimes there were templates on how you made them, but it wasn't completely necessary, just put some funny faces and make a funny story within it, let their expressions be your guide and all that good stuff.
But again, maybe that's just me, maybe it's just me blindly saying "old = good, new = bad", or maybe it's just that after you grow up, you just naturally aren't as carefree like before. All of these things I am not certain, but what I am certain is that I miss rage comics.

These faces are all distinct and all have different names. Unlike the samey ugly cynical wojacks that I hate so much.
