r/BeAmazed • 6h • imgur Great composition, beautiful photo. Mount Fuji * Reply + 175 + Not a "photo". This is physically not how depth of field works. Because a series of people read what I wrote and instead of taking the faked depth of field as an indicator to look at the light directions on the focal planes and see they're in different places... which is the actual objection to the misrepresentative nature of the image here: that this sub regularly supports faked & uncredited imagery posted AS REAL... without credit or disclosure... they interpreted me as meaning, "It's focus stacked, so that aint photography". - l'd like to clarify: I know what focus stacking is. Objection stands. "Reward me for faking, & credit me for nicking art"... is a s----- stance. Downvote away, I already left. 1 -83 +
