Like draeroz already pointed out, it's a joke about SFV. People joked Ken looks weird in that game, in particular his hair looks like a bunch of bananas. I recall Maximillion Dood even remarking during the Ken reveal for Smash Ultimate "why does he look so much better here than in SFV?!"

Does anybody else think that Min Min actually looks good with long hair?
