In a world so filled with fear and strife is it really so bad to just want to look at clowns, real clowns paid to be funny rather than the people meant to rule one of the worlds most powerful and divided nations?

As much as I also want it to out of Schadenfreude, I do not want innocent US adult moderates and children to suffer the long-term consequences of a politically shattered country that they had no fault in creating.

This is more taking a piss at the specific people who revel in their lunacy than anything else, despite what the title I put here may hint at.
