The fact that they even acknowledged Loonatics Unleashed is funny in itself.

the loonatics are based on the looney toons trying to be heroes and adhering to a logic which makes them look like strange hybrids for everyone … they have fans yes … they have haters they are also a rare product but understandable if you realize that it came out at a time when anime was beginning its boom and warner was only successful in its animation products based on comics about serious heroes such as justice league, static shock and then teen titans (a clear example that they were looking for a different style)
I find it funny and interesting as they explained it in some words XD
