This meme was made by someone who doesn't know that Sweden and Switzerland are two different countries.

I dunno man, Sweden also has the reputation of being fairly neutral as well. They were officially neutral in WWI and WWII, weren't a part of either the Warsaw Pact or NATO during the Cold War, still aren't a member of NATO to this day, and were also one of the four neutral countries selected for the Neutral Nations Supervisory Commission to regulate relations between North Korea and South Korea. Swedish neutrality even has its own Wikipedia page.
