Now I can normally use my sperg powers to deduce whether something is a drawing or a photo, but this one has got me stumped.

The artist claims this is a photo shoot, but it just doesn't look quite right. I'm sure the surgical equipment is real, but the background just seems off. It could be this is a photoshop jobby, but I just don't know.
