It's a reference from the cutscene before the first boss fight against Zeke in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. Zeke's got a pet turtle called Turters that got away from him and was walking towards Pyra. Pyra picked him up, Zeke saw this and angrily grabbed his pet back uttering the line from the bottom of this image.

That's not even a joke, it actually happened. It was a stuffed turtle that was my mental support thing and well this girl everyone hated got handsy. Asked her to put it down politely twice, then my fist collided with the top of her head.

So yes, don't handle another man's turtle.
