Fallout NV was one of the few rare post-apocalypse games to ask: What would it look like if people tried to rebuild the government and civilization after the apocalypse?

it was rather refreshing to see NV's post-post-apocalypse after all the post apocalypse of 3. even though the two are only about twenty years (if that) apart, timeline wise.
