This happens to me sometimes. I'm just laying there, and suddenly get a mental image of falling, and landing on the ground. Then I cringe involuntarily.

Then there's:"You know,if I stopped thinking about random things like this,you would probably finally fall asleep.So how about we go over a list of things that might happen tomorrow?"
