Don't touch the first two
Don't touch anything but the first two

sometimes you don't touch them because they've aged horribly, sometimes you don't touch them because the modern games are nothing like them, and sometimes you notice there were good story moments about the first two games but holy crap is the actual gameplay dated now. And other times it's just because that was before they went into franchise mode.
