About
The Aerial Tramway Emoji is an Emoji of an aerial tramway, also known as a cable car. The Aerial Tramway Emoji is notable for being one of the least used Emojis of all time, likely due to how niche it is. In 2018, the Emoji saw a reported spike in use after the X / Twitter gimmick account @leastUsedEmoji featured it for over 70 days as the least used Emoji, inspiring a push from some to use the Emoji enough to get its status changed. In May 2025, YouTuber John Casterline posted a video about the Aerial Tramway Emoji, encouraging users to use it more often, resulting in it being spammed in the comment sections of YouTube Shorts videos.
