W hen Miranda sees all the pretty summer sandals in TWIST, she thinks about how she used to feel embarrassed about showing her feet! "I would always wear sneakers in the summer," Miranda admits only to us. "I didn't like to wear sandals!" "My buds made fun!" Miranda remembers her most insecure day. "I was at a pool party and all of my friends were really into the colors they put on their toenails," she tells us. "I had an unusual aqua color on and everyone made fun of it!" "It's really dorky!" Even though Miranda knew her buds weren't trying to be mean, their jokes made her feel even more insecure! She had to learn to get past it. After all, everyone has their body issues, she told herself. "The best thing I do is try not to think about my insecurities or worry about them," she tells us. "When I look back, I usually realize I was just being real dorky anyway!" So true!
