My own personal stance is that female soldiers should be the ones manning the vehicles and artillery where their biological disadvantages (Less denser bones, less muscle mass, smaller height) wouldn't really come into play.

Really, anything that's not frontline infantry would be fine.

Of course women can fight, and fight well, but it's just going to be harder to get them up to the same standards that are demanded of male soldiers.

This is fine in a time of relative peace with a volunteer army. Not so much in a "Oh Fucking God! Everything's on Fucking Fire, We Need Dudes Now!" situation as you don't have the time to dick around with getting everyone up to scratch.
