This picture portrays Commissar Slapdaddy of the notorious Death Pimps of Krieg. He earned his stripes during the Great Bitchwars in the dark corners of the Vegas Hive. The sound of his backhand, hitting the traitor´s faces viciously is still ringing in the ears of some "weak ass Kayoz hoes", as he refers to them….
