Some context: Newburgh is the fictional state where Emmy the Robot takes place. Beacon City is its main city (hence BCPD), Emmy lives in its high-end suburbs. Emmy's crude robotic arm is something from Dominic Cellini's early concept art, but it might actually appear in the main webcomic soon. Atlas is another robotics company and a competitor of Sterling, and the leftmost poster refers to an anti-robot slogan from Wendy's story.
