Used to bump threads, especially if they're in immediate danger of being deleted (near the end of the board).

*Medical theme -- If a thread needs bumped, it's essentially being kept alive on life support.
*Matron -- Senior nurse.
*№ 999 -- Emergency telephone number in the UK.
*Blue border -- Code blue (used in hospitals to communicate that a medical emergency is occurring).
*Monitor being pointed at -- Thread stats. The red 11 shows that the thread is on the last page of the board, the green +1 shows a new post being made.
*Star at the top -- Order of St John.
*Snakes wrapped around the poles -- Bronze Serpent/Nehushtan. This image protects the thread from dying.
