Yeah, this should be satire, but I can also believe there's someone so utterly lacking in self-awareness that they think they're making sense here. 'If I name an argument, that discredits it somehow!' Also, I don't know that I've ever seen anyone use 'sealioning' if they weren't full of shit and/or bigots, trying to discredit valid criticism.
