Rittenhouse (20-CF-983) REBECCA MATOSKA-MENTINK CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT On behalf of the Fightback Foundation, this letter serves to inform the Court that the $2,000,000.00 cash bond posted in Kenosha County Case No.: 20-CF-983 on behalf of the defendant. Kyle H. Rittenhouse, was made using funds of the Fightback Foundation, which was received from its supporters. These funds were transferred by.the Fighthack Foundation to the Pierce Bainbridge Law Firm's trust account and paid by attorney John Piece on behalf of, and as agent for, the Fightback Foundation. Attorney John Peirce is no longer the agent for the Fightback Foundation. Accordingly, the $2,000.000.00 shall be returned to the Fightback Foundation if and when such funds are released consistent with Wisconsin law and pursuant to Court rulings releasing the bail money back to the individual or entity that posted the cash bail.
