-Wants you to create an account to send application.
-Makes you sit through a 20 Minute VN covering workplace safety and company management that never actually comes up in the actual job.
-Goes through survey going through other hypothetical scenarios with vague answers that may be morally right but wrong by the company's rules.
-Get first interview after three weeks.
-Doesn't respond for two months after poking for updates through their email every week or so.
-Finally get denied position after dangling you on a string for all that time.

The Chad Company -
-Give Resume.
-Get interview scheduled within a couple day.
-Gives you a date of when their hiring process ends and when to expect a response.
-Get a response at promised time.
-Likely get job if things went well, but won't even be mad if denied because things were brisk and efficient.
