Turning Red 9/11 Debate - My issue with Digimon Tamers is that even tho the show aired through 2001, they're walking around like 9/11 didn't happen. It's such a weird detail to not add in the Digimon Tamers show, just takes me out of it

Meme aside, Tamers was still surprisingly more mature in its localization as I still recall a young pre-teen me being shocked at hearing a scientist use the phrase "we were playing God" in the English dub.
