The rest of the force was made up of neighboring county law enforcement, U.S. Marshals, and federal Drug Enforcement Agency officers.

mentally ill people usually have a hard time accessing the black market to buy guns illegally.
if there were laws that prevented him from buying his gun legally the mass shooting would have never happened
