Born Catsval Deikun, he was put into hiding as Edward Meows. During his time as such, he assumed the identity of Cat Aznibble which he carried through the One Year War. After laying low (he was probably napping) he led the Anti-Dog Union Group as Lt. Cattro Bajeena.

An ace pilot, and son of Nyan Deikun, he stood for the rights of all catnoids, and the advancement of the feline race to mewtype status, though it's questionable if he ever really was a mewtype himself.

During the Axis Shock of Universal Catury 0093, he went missing, along with his long-time rival Amuro Ruff. It is unknown whether Neo-Nyan figure, Mewl Frontal, has any relation, or what his connection is to Elpeo Purr.
