SWLA Restaurant News & Reviews Yesterday at 4:48 PM DO NOT GO TO WINGSTOP ON RYAN!!!!!! No food and they won't refund your money!!! Waited 35 minutes no food, asked for a refund was told they couldn't refund my money and tried to take my receipt... 93 106 comments 5 share I appreciate your version of the events that took place today. But you failed to mention the following: When I asked for a refund you picked up my receipt and said it would take 3-5 business days for it to be returned to your card. I said ok give me another receipt saying you credit my card. You said that's not how it works. I turn this in and you will get it in 3-5 days. I said what proof do I have that you did what you are saying you are doing? You said "I'll give you my name! Your name doesn't provide proof you did anything to my CC company!!!! I said make me a copy. You left with my receipt in your hand and went to the back and came back and gave me the original. As of this post I have no prof you have done anything to refund my money. Just your bravado about you name, but no prof! SIR!!!!!! 11h Like We were not out of food. Customers are told there food will take 18-20 minutes to be prepared!! All product is raw. If it's a lunch or dinner rush like most restaurants..it will take at least an extra ten minutes tops. Refusing to accept an order is a right everyone has. My people never disrespected anyone. As the GM they came to get me and I handled it in the most professional way possible. My apologies to you sir. Credit card refunds is not something anyone has control over and it will always take 3 business days no matter the business. 12h Lik your order was 14.76. 8 classic with garlic parm and lemon pepper with ranch fries and a drink. I have it under control. I do have a question for you though. If it was someone else that would've came and took care of you, would you have a different reaction? You've sent a complaint to corporate which is emailed to me by the way. Then you posted this. What can I do to make you happy? The refund just doesn't seem like it's enough if you are going through the great lengths you have done today! We are a family business. Dear Anonymous Passerby, Don't worry, you're safe now! Your act of casual cruelty was successful. The complaint you lodged with the HOA was heard. They had me take down the small treefort that I built on this location with my sons during the pandemic. No longer will its presence offend your walk) past my house. Please enjoy your stroll free from the sound of my children's play and laughter. They are safely back inside now, watching television I'm sure. Enjoy the unobstructed view of my backyard.
