Wait I thought that panel was from a doujin holy shit.

So in the notes show an edited manga version where Tadano(the boy) is talking to Komi-san's mom in which Tadano is imagining whats happening on the right panel while reality is what's on the left.

But in the original panel its just Komi-san's mom forcefully reinforcing on inviting Tadano to wait for her daughter acting as a wing-woman for them wanting the relationship /friendship to succeed.
